Winter Fruit Salad

This “salad” is excellent as a side to your morning eggs, added on to your salad for more produce and fun bright flavors or even topped with a little whipped cream for an after dinner sweet treat. 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Medium Apple

1 Large Orange

3 c. Grapes

¼ c. Pomegranate Arils

Mint to garnish as desired

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice apples
  2. Peel away the rind from orange flesh
  3. Dice grapes into quarters
  4. Mince the mint
  5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  6. Top with pomegranate arils
