Valencia Flour Mill

Author Albertsons Market | July 9, 2020

Valencia Flour Mill, originally the Jarales Trading Post and Roller Mill, has been in existence for 104 years and relies on local grains from New Mexico to produce their mixes.

To this day, the Valencia Flour Mill still uses wood and steel machines to make their flour. The owners, Jose and Kathy Cordova select basic ingredients when creating their products. They believe it is important to have ingredients that are easy-to-read and understand for their customers.

Valencia Flour Mill is recognized by New Mexico True as a 100% New Mexican-made brand. So be sure to give this great New Mexico Brand a try!
