If you have peaches that are about to go bad, don't throw them away, chop them up with some peppers and make a sweet and spicy salsa; perfect for group gatherings or an after-pool snack.

What You Need

1 Freshcut Pico De Gallo

1 Medium Peach

¼ small bunch Cilantro

Pinch of Salt

How It’s Made

  1. Place pico de gallo in a medium bowl
  2. Pit and dice peaches and add to the bowl
  3. Chopped the cilantro and add to the bowl
  4. Add salt
  5. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together
