- 1 Hatch Chile (seeded and chopped)
- 1 mini watermelon or a container of Signature Kitchens fresh-cut watermelon
- 1/4 cup Briannas Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
- Pinch of red chili flakes
- Pinch of sea salt
