Cold lunches are cool and all, but nothing beats a nice hot lunch to help get you through the rest of the day. Having a hot lunch doesn’t have to be time consuming to piece together, but rather the opposite. It can be a simple soup with whole grain crackers or your leftovers from the night before. Preparing lunches for the week over the weekend can be helpful in ensuring you have a hot lunch on the days you want one and adds little extra stress in your morning routine. Although there might be some obstacles when it comes to having a hot lunch, most of those challenges are easily solved. Of course, if you have access to a microwave, hot lunches are easy to have. If you don’t have access to a microwave, try preheating a thermos before putting your food inside can help keep your food hotter for a longer period. With minimal preparation, hot lunches can be quick and easy to have. If you’re looking for an easy grab and heat option try these:
