Ingredients

Smoky garlic butter beef sirloin steak

Italian Parsley

Garlic (1 clove)

Shoestring French Fries

Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter (3 tbsp)

Instructions

  • STEP 1

Cook fries according to package instructions. Once done, season with pepper.

    • 1 (28 oz) bag classic cut french fries, frozen
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • STEP 2

Meanwhile, preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, add steak and grill, flipping occasionally, 19-23 minutes, until internal product temperature reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer. Remove to a plate and loosely cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.

    • 1 (12 oz) pkg smoky garlic butter beef sirloin steak (marinated & ready-to-cook)
  • STEP 3

Meanwhile, wash, dry, and shave parsley leaves off the stems; discard stems and mince the leaves. Peel and mince garlic. Place both in a small bowl, along with butter and salt, then set aside to soften.

    • 1/4 small bunch Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
    • 1/8 tsp salt
  • STEP 4

    Thinly slice steak.

  • STEP 5

Once soft, mash the parsley, garlic, and butter with the back of a spoon to combine.

  • STEP 6

To serve, divide fries and steak between plates. Top steak with parsley butter and enjoy!
