Perfect for chilly days when you want something warm and comforting but still able to meet your health goals. We can’t wait for you to try it   INGREDIENTS 3 Onions 2 Tbsp. Butter 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1 lb. Mushrooms 2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme, minced 1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme 4 Cloves Garlic, minced ½ Tbsp. Granulated Garlic 1 tsp. Salt 1 Tbsp. Pepper 2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour 1 C. Dry White Wine 1 lb. Rotisserie Chicken, roughly chopped 6 C. Unsalted Chicken Bone Broth (or chicken broth) 1 Pkg. Mini Gnocchi 1 C. Gruyere Optional topping: crusty sourdough bread (not needed unless you need to increase your carbohydrates or want it a little more traditional)   DIRECTIONS 1. Dice onions into half slivers 2. In a large pot, heat the butter and oil over medium-high heat 3. Add in the onions and stir to coat 4. Place a lid on the pot to cover for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally 5. Add in mushrooms, stir to combine, and cover with a lid for 5 minutes to wilt mushrooms 6. Add in fresh thyme, dried thyme, minced garlic, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, and whole wheat flour and stir to combine 7. Add white wine and let it come to a simmer for roughly 5 minutes 8. Add in rotisserie chicken and broth and let it come to a boil 9.
