Chicken Sesame Noodle Bowl

We love low-prep meals and this is going to quickly become a weekly rotation must-have! The noodles cook up in 3 minutes and from start to finish you’re looking at a 15 minute meal. Enlist your little (or big) helpers to make it even faster. 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg Kame Noodles

1 lb. Pulled rotisserie Chicken

2 c. Edamame, thawed

2 Cucumbers

3 Tbsp. Tahini (or peanut butter)

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Chili Paste

1 Tbsp. Water

1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

4 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil of pot of water and cook noodles according to package directions
  2. Dice cucumbers
  3. In a separate large bowl combine chili paste, garlic, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, coconut aminos, water and tahini
  4. Combine the noodles, edamame, and cucumbers in the bowl and combine
