Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Author Albertsons Market | September 3, 2024

Weeknight dinners when combined with back to school can be so overwhelming. We’re here tonight with an easy dinner (and great lunch) hack. We see so many people dividing out their plates to make sure they hit the grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, and dairy or in casserole form. Since it’s still pretty hot here in the south, bring this no cook meal to your table for a fresh twist on dinner. Bonus points if no one picks up their phones!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Ready Meal Pulled Rotisserie Chicken

1 Head Lettuce

¼ c. Dressing of choice (we like a honey mustard, caesar, or buffalo sauce for this recipe)

4 Mission Whole Wheat Tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop your chicken down to the size of chickpeas
  2. Roughly chop lettuce
  3. In a large bowl combine the chicken and lettuce
  4. Pour dressing over top and mix well
  5. Portion out the meal into 6 tortillas
