BLT Dip

This blt dip is a vibe! It’s perfect for spring and summer hosting and a big winner with all ages.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • ½ c. Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Medium Avocado, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Small Roma Tomato, finely diced
  • ¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Iceberg Lettuce, finely shredded
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mash the avocado finely 
  2. In the same bowl combine the cream cheese, greek yogurt, ranch mix, and garlic powder and combine until smooth consistency (there may be a few avocado chunks)
  3. In a shallow bowl, place the dip in the center at the bottom
  4. Layer the lettuce around the cream cheese mixture
  5. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top
  6. Sprink the cheddar cheese on top
  7. Sprinkle of bacon last and enjoy
