Author Albertsons Market | July 11, 2023

Back to school is here and we’re here to help guide you on filling your fridge with nutritious and tasty foods that are perfect for kids lunches and afterschool snacks. While this isn’t a comprehensive list these are staples we have on hand really at any given time and can be enjoyed during the whole day. As dietitians we are primarily focused on filling the bellies of ourselves and our families and guests with only the best options. With that in mind we all have a different starting point when trying to better our health. Keeping more nutritious staples on hand will not only help with eating better, but also less decision making when it comes to meals and snacks.
