How to Prepare Vegetables on the Grill

We all know we could benefit from adding more vegetables to our diet, but sometimes this can be a struggle – especially with picky eaters! Next time you're grilling up hamburgers or your favorite seafood dish, try throwing on some of the vegetables you have on hand. Grilled vegetables are full of smoky, roasted flavors, and a natural sweetness.

How to grill  vegetables: 

  • Evenly slice up whatever vegetables you have on hand, drizzle in oil, and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Throw them on the grill at 350-450 F and close the lid, flipping after 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove when fully cooked and charred. Enjoy!
