Sheet Pan Fajitas

Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

Market Street fajita pack (sliced chicken tenders, bell peppers, and onions)

olive oil

1 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning, divided

pinch of salt

tortillas

cilantro, optional topping

guacamole, optional topping

Instructions

Turn the oven broiler to high heat.

Place onto a rimmed sheet pan sliced bell peppers and onions. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning and a pinch of kosher salt. Toss.

Place into the oven and broil for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven. 

With the chicken still in the container, drizzle with olive oil, top with fajita seasoning and a pinch of salt. Toss.

Place the chicken tenders onto the vegetables. Broil for 7 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.

Place the chicken and vegetables into tortillas or onto a rice bowl. Add your favorite fajita toppings, serve warm.
