Humboldt Fog Lights Crostini

Author A Pleasant Little Kitchen | December 5, 2024

Servings vary

Author note: To save time, purchase premade crostini from Market Street’s bakery. Prosciutto and apple slices are nice additions to the crostini. Pair the crostini with a chilled Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients

French baguette, sliced into rounds

unsalted butter, softened

Cypress Grove Fog Lights cheese

fresh basil leaves

Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter the baguette rounds, and place onto a baking sheet. Toast in the oven until the bread is slightly toasted and the butter golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and place onto a cooling rack. Cool completely.

Place cheese slices onto each crostini. Top with fresh basil leaves. Serve at room temperature!
