Grilled Salmon Bites

Author A Pleasant Little Kitchen | July 2, 2025

Author note: To help prep, let Market Street’s fishmonger skin and cut the salmon into 2-inch pieces. The amount of grill seasoning used depends on its salt content. Taste a small sample before using and read the back of the label. This will give you insight on how much to use. For your reference, I used 3 teaspoons. If you would like to add a variety of protein to the recipe, add shrimp.

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil

2 to 3 tsp grill seasoning

2 lbs salmon, skin removed and cut into 2-inch pieces

foil pan

lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Warm a grill over medium heat, around 325-350 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and grill seasoning until combined.

Place the salmon into the foil pan. Evenly pour the seasoned oil over the fish. Toss to combine. Arrange the salmon into one even layer in the pan.

Once the grill is at temperature, place the foil pan onto the grates. Close the grill lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. or until desired doneness.

Remove from the grill, top with fresh lemon juice and salt to taste.
