Cottage Cheese Dip

Who doesn’t love a little chip and dip snack, especially when it’s protein packed?! If chips aren’t your thing, especially the baked kind, opt for fresh veggies for a more fiber filled option.

 

INGREDIENTS

½ c. Cottage cheese

1 Chive

⅛ tsp. Dried Garlic

¼ tsp. Dried Thyme

¼ Lemon, juiced

Pepper as desired

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mince chive
  2. Add chive, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and pepper to a cottage cheese cup and stir to combine
